Our next birth to 5k meet up will be Tuesday 23 September at 11am. We will have Zoe from Roots OT who will share ways you can use nature to help regulate yours and your little ones nervous system. There will be a variety of mindful and sensory invitations to help you find some calm at a time when overwhelm might be creeping in.
