Join the doulas as we hold space, debrief, and listen to birth stories. Whether you gave birth a month ago or 10 years ago or had an unwanted c section or freebirthed, all are welcome. Birth has the most profound effect on us and changes us in unexpected ways. Babies in arms are welcome. You do not have to share your story to attend. Stories are living and change each time we tell them. You are welcome to come month after month. Disclaimer: This is not therapy and we are not mental health professionals. The purpose of this event is not to heal but rather to be seen, heard, and connect through shared experiences.
