Join us for two soul-nourishing hours of intimate connection with women from all walks of life. This sacred space is for storytelling, listening, feeling, and healing. Together, we’ll drop into our bodies and open our hearts through:

- Meditative somatic drop-in
- Time for deep listening & heartfelt sharing
- Integration & connection
