One of the best ways of preparing for birth is by hearing birth stories. On May, Positive Birth Helsinki will focus on the topic or sharing, hearing, healing, learning... about birth stories in Finland.
Led by The Nest Doulas, this free meetup is a safe space for all families, pregnant or that have become parents recently. Our doulas are experts in postpartum healing and birth debriefing, and would love to hear your birth experience.
And of course, all pregnant families will be welcomed, no questions are small and no worries will be left after our session.
