- Exercise Safely Through Pregnancy: Get advice on how to safely engage in sport and fitness activities, which will keep you active and strong while supporting your pelvic health.
- Plan for a Smoother Postpartum Recovery: Learn early postpartum practices that aid healing and ease your transition back to everyday activities and sports. These include how to help scars heal and what products to use when.
The information is evidence-based and links to current NICE, RCOG and POGP guidelines.
