Our birth preparation course focuses on the normal labor process and designed to increase your knowledge of the body’s innate resources. Our course will lead you to feel involved and safely prepared for birth, as well as help to reduce any anxieties you may have. We will provide you and your partner with the tips and tools for the best possible birth experience. Questions are encouraged in our relaxed yet detailed course that covers the following subjects:
