From the moment we take that pregnancy test, we wonder about whether our baby is a boy or a girl, what all do we need, will birth be hard and scary, and how do we prepare??? 😨 The list is really never-ending! This is why the first step to take is to find your birth team!
And we have connections with the best of the best in North Idaho! This is why we have invited them AND YOU to an amazing afternoon full of empowering one another, meeting providers, and most importantly, learning how to best support you and your baby's neurology through pregnancy and birth! 🧠
This workshop is for all of the mamas or future mommies who have questions about preconception, pregnancy, and birth, and want to be empowered in this motherhood journey!
