About this Event

Safety is in Voi's DNA, and they support a zero-vision of micro-mobility accidents. Voi want to ensure that their users enjoying riding, but do so carefully and safely, which is why they invest heavily in rider skills training.

These sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about Voi e-scooters, ask questions, collect a free helmet, develop your riding skills and earn some new user credits.

Learn to 'Voi' with our experienced instructors who will help you develop your riding skills. Just grab a Voi helmet (worth £25) and choose your free Voi e-scooter skills session or ideally choose both!

  • Road skills (with an add-on ticket)

In addition to a day pass worth £10 so you can ride for free during your skills sessions, you'll also receive 15 minutes of free riding credits, so you can put your new safe riding knowledge into practice.

Before booking please be aware that:

This event will take place subject to receiving the relevant site permissions, legislation and licencing from Bristol City Council.

In order to participate you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid photocard driving licence (provisional licences accepted).

Riding an e-scooter is a low to medium intensity activity, and riders will be required to maintain a standing position for at least 45 minutes and control the scooter with all four limbs. In order to meet any additional needs participants are expected to declare any known health/medical issues when booking a session.

Riding an e-scooter is a low risk activity; however, when taking part skills training participants may, as a vulnerable road user, interact with a variety of other e-scooter and road users in a variety of situations of increasing complexity. This is potentially hazardous. To mitigate risk, participants will be expected to ride in a sensible and courteous way and follow the rules of the road as outlined by the trainers.
