By booking a ticket to a Single Muslims speed dating, virtual speed dating, singles meet-up or matchmaking, you confirm that you accept the terms & conditions as set out below.
Single Muslims Dating hosts social evenings where single Muslims people can meet in a safe and relaxed environment and matchmaking services as well.
It is not our responsibility to check on the personal information given to us by our guests as to their age, marital status or any other aspect of their background. You are advised to verify their personal information to your own satisfaction.
Please apply the same level of caution when contacting a fellow guest that you would use when making any new acquaintance.
We will not give out any of your personal information without your express permission, unless the law requires us to do so.
If unforeseen circumstances render an advertised venue unusable, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative one. Should this be the case, we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.
In the event of an event being cancelled we do not provide refunds but will credit your account for a future event.
We are not able to accept cancellations less than 3 days before the event, as the quality and success of our event would be compromised by an uneven ratio of males/females.
We do our upmost to provide a balance of males and females at each event, but we cannot guarantee this and accept no responsibility for an uneven ratio.
All guests are asked to treat their fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Should any guest become offensive or abusive, we reserve the right to refuse admission or expel them. In such a case there will be no refund.
We do not guarantee that guests will receive matches at our events. However, under our No Match Guarantee if a guest does not meet anyone they want to see again then they are entitled to attend a future event for free; at an event of the same or lower ticket value as the original ticket purchase.
We take no responsibility for any emotional upset or physical harm that may arise from communications with other guests, before, during or after one of our events, without limitation.
Single Muslims Dating events are held in venues across the UK which we have no control over. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release Single Muslims Dating from any liability.
By purchasing a ticket to a MuslimLoveMatch event you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are single.
Original dating cannot verify the identity or background of any participant at our events. We ask you to approach any meeting with any participant of an original dating event with the same caution that you would exercise in any other situation
Guests are responsible for turning up to an event on time. If guests turn up late to an event, we are under no obligation to allow them to participate in the event, nor offer any refund or compensation.
