This camp is aimed at young people (15+) and adults looking to deepen their spiritual practice of Simran and understand Naam and the story of the mind; how the mind was separated from Vaheguru at the beginning of this Game of Life and how it can experience union with Vaheguru again.
This camp will also allow people to develop their practice of Naam Simran and explore how it can be a powerful transformational tool to overcome challenges we all face from time to time such as anxiety, low mood, low self esteem/confidence, doubt and disconnection from our religion/faith.
Children are welcome
The event is aimed at adults, but you are welcome to bring your children along with you.
What to expect:
✨Seminars : Attend inspirational seminars in Punjabi & English on Sikhi, Naam and self development.
✨Meditation: Take part in Naam Simran sessions 'Prem Bhagti' to find our way back to union with Vaheguru and experience mind body healing.
✨Kirtan: Join in with daily kirtan sessions to deepen connection with Gurbani
✨Q&A sessions with special guests
Guest speakers
We will have a range of speakers, attending the camp from a range of organisations: Basics of Sikhi and Sikhi spirtuality Network.
Confirmed speakers are as follows: Bhai Deputy Singh (India), Darshan Kaur (Sikh spirituality Network- SSN), Amandeep kaur (SSN & kaur coaching) and Harbir singh (SSN)
