After an incredible response during Community Studio Week I, we’re back — and we’re bringing YOUR ideas to life. This week, we’re revealing how your feedback from Studio Week I and neighborhood meetings is shaping the trail’s design. Now it’s your turn to weigh in on the draft concepts before we finalize the vision for the Birmingham Civil Rights Crossroads Trail — a 3.16-mile corridor connecting Smithfield, Graymont, and the Civil Rights District through walkable, bikeable, and vibrant streets.
Stop by during open studio hours to:
✅ Review updated maps, renderings, and design concepts
✅ Share your feedback directly with the project team
✅ Be part of creating a connected, beautiful, and historic public space
This is more than a design review — it’s your opportunity to help shape a project that honors Birmingham’s legacy while building a stronger, more connected future.
👣 Walk the Path. Honor the Past. Shape the Future.
