Tickets purchased for “Birding on the Bay with the MFA” include MFA admission for the day of your eco-vessel excursion. Please show your confirmation email from Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center to MFA Staff at the front desk when you arrive at the museum.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT TIMING:
Depart from Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center, located on the St. Pete Pier, at 10:30 am for a 75-minute birdwatching excursion aboard their eco-vessel to spot feathered friends in their natural habitat. This program includes a boat-based visit to “bird island,” a local bird sanctuary.
After your eco-vessel tour, make your way to the MFA to experience the special exhibition Audubon’s Birds of America with a special docent-led tour starting at 1 pm.
