We welcome back local writer, editor, Guardian country diarist and Local Group member Nic to tell more tales about her life as a local naturalist. Nic's first book, "Land Beneath the Waves", which traces the influence of the natural world on her life, has recently been published and she will no doubt be referring to this for some of her stories!
