Birding the Sinclair Wash Trail (FUTS) in Flagstaff, Saturday, May 18th 9am-11am. Meet at the Willow Bend Environmental Center by the Sawmill Shopping Center. Parking is limited so I recommend carpooling or parking at the shopping center and walking over. We will walk on the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, listening and searching for warblers and sparrows that have been arriving for the Spring, and end up at a reclamation pond and wetlands where we can see some waterfowl. Bring good hiking shoes and hiking sticks/poles as needed; along with the usual items (binoculars, cameras, water, snacks, hats, field guides, etc).
