Transport yourself to the sounds of Memphis’ Beale Street with Birddog Blues Band. Birddog Blues Band brings their slick stylings of blues and soul to the Riverfront for the first time! The Birddog Blues Band is a quartet composed of prolific and award winning Madison-area artists from some of the Midwest’s best musical acts. Harmonica player and vocalist Ken Olufs (the Jimmys) is joined by guitarist Mel Ford (The Maintainers, Westside Andy/Mel Ford Band), bassist Tom McCarty (Big Wes Turner’s Trio, The Sparks Band) and drummer Mark Haines.
