About this Event
Note - this event was originally schedule for June 15th, but has been POSTPONED due to our guide getting COVID. Hope to see you on the 30th!
---------------------
On this bird walk Ralph will share his birding knowledge and guide us as we observe the local and migratory birds that are currently residing in the Bay surrounding the Bulb. We will learn how to identify birds and talk about their behavior while marveling in their grace and beauty.
We will walk approximately 1.5 miles as we look for birds from the end of the Bulb as well as the plateau area of the waterfront. Note that we will walk over dirt trails, slippery rocks and uneven and sloping ground.
Birders and aspiring birders of all levels are welcome. Please bring any binoculars or scopes that you have, but no worries if you don't have your own binoculars, we can loan you a pair during our walk.
