Looking for something to do while the kids are home from school? It is all about birds on April 18 at Spark! Imagination and Science Center! Visitors can go on a bird egg hunt, looking for pretend bird eggs in the museum while learning about different types of birds and see real birds from the Avian Conservation Center of Appalachia. Visitors will also have the opportunity to create bird inspired art.
“We are excited to have our annual Bird Day at Spark! It is a different take on an Easter egg hunt and we are always happy when the Avian Conservation Center of Appalachia brings their birds”, says Julie Bryan, Executive Director of Spark.
Visitors can also explore Spark’s hands-on exhibits. Visitors can dig for pretend dinosaur fossils, build a ball ramp, explore nanoscience, play dress up, and much more.
