Birch Bark Flour Class Date: March 22,
Time: 11am to 3pm
Location: 2793 Range Rd, St Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Downstairs)
You will learn the process of how to make birch flour and how to incorporate it into your cooking and baking!
You will be supplied with your own birch bark flour and recipes and a premixed pancake mix!
While enjoying birch bark pancakes and with birch syrup!
I will be serving Birch tea, coffee, or water for you to sip on.
The price per person is $85 per person...
