We invite all people from the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community and our white allies to join us on this walk to look for birds (and possibly the owls) in the woods. All ages and skill levels are invited. We will have extra binoculars if you do not have any.Directions to Eberwhite: Parking will be at the Eberwhite Elementary parking lot.
After our walk at Eberwhite, we will head to the African American Cultural and Historical Museum of Washtenaw County, located at 3261 Lohr Rd, Ann Arbor. If you only plan to come to this part of the field trip, the museum opens at noon and we plan to be there around then. We will not stop for lunch so bring a sack lunch or a snack if you need something between the walk and museum visit.
