As part of BIPC Glasgow's 1:1 series, meet a member of the BIPC Glasgow team in the Mitchell Library or online and learn how our eResources can be used to research the information you need to create your Business Model Canvas (BMC).
All in-person attendees will be welcome to a complimentary refreshment of their choice.
What is the Business Model Canvas?
BMC is a tool which maps all the key elements which make up a business model, including your value proposition which communicates why buyers should choose your products or services. By completing the nine building blocks of the BMC it will help you understand the the three main areas of business planning: desirability, viability and feasibility.
