I invite you on a timeless sonic journey where the music of the living opens the doors to the heart.
In an energy of gentleness and harmony, we'll let ourselves be carried away by immersive soundscapes that blend the subtle frequencies and melodies generated by plants, in resonance with the deep vibrations of the Gong, spontaneous vocals loop harmonies and enveloping sound textures that invite to reverie and contemplation.
We'll explore the deep connection between our hearts and nature, letting ourselves be guided by the vibratory transmissions of the plant world. Together, we'll cultivate the coherence of the heart through simple exercises, before diving into a guided meditation to enter into resonance with the spirit of plants and reconnect with our deepest essence.
A unique moment to slow down, feel and open up to the wisdom of the living.

This experience is inspired by the research of botanical poet Stephen Harrod Buhner, author of The Secret Teachings of Plants and Plant Intelligence.
The session will be led by sound artist and sound therapist Alex @wildanimaspirit.
We recommend you bring your yoga mat and a blanket to make the most of the experience. Herbal tea will be served on site.
