About this Event
The Biomedical Engineering Conference (BMEC) aims to inform students of the numerous
possibilities and paths in biomedical engineering in the hopes of showing them that it is an
accelerating field full of potential. In doing this, we also hope to support students in finding
niches that interest them, as BME is a broad field. The theme of “Beyond Boundaries” will
convey the boundlessness of this discipline and its possible futures in helping health causes
worldwide.
The schedule for the conference includes two accomplished and knowledgeable keynote
speakers, a professors and student group session aimed at educating current and incoming
students on opportunities on campus, and a large networking session with over 20 industry
professionals. Lunch and snacks will be served.
