Restaurant Ame invites you to join us on November 7th at 7:00 PM for an unforgettable five-course dinner and an inspiring evening of conversation in our new private dining hall.
Each course will be paired with carefully selected biodynamic wines from Ceschin Giulio Winery (San Pietro di Feletto, Italy).
Throughout the evening, a representative from Ceschin Giulio will share insights about the winery and its biodynamic winemaking philosophy, while Ame’s Head Chef, Jürgen Põldoja, will introduce the stories behind each dish.
