What is biodiversity?
Biodiversity refers to the vast varieties of life on our planet. Due to the climate crisis it is at risk of global collapse as climate change is 'one of the main drivers of biodiversity loss'. The services that biodiversity provides are numerous and without them humans, and many other species would likely not survive.
