As we transition from summer to the gentle embrace of autumn, we find ourselves at a threshold—a sacred pause between light and dark, the external and the internal, action and stillness.
The Autumn Equinox invites us to slow down, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature. We are called to turn inward—to release, to breathe, and to listen.
Join us for a transformative Biodanza and Breath session where we will move, feel, and connect deeply with ourselves and with each other.
Through conscious movement and breathwork, we will tune into the wisdom of nature's changes, let go of what no longer serves us, and cultivate balance, presence, and inner clarity.
No experience needed—bring comfortable clothes, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
