We’ll focus on the root chakra for stability and support, the third eye for clarity and inner vision, and the heart chakra for openness in both giving and receiving. Through this intentional work, we’ll release energetic blocks and restore your natural flow — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — so you can meet the season ahead with presence, trust, and ease.
