Binns Melander has been studying and playing the piano for most of his 82 years! His lifetime of work includes a role as the White House pianist during the Johnson Administration, 1964-68. Binns enjoys playing in both jazz and classical styles.
Binns’ jazz trio will perform a variety of jazz tunes with Kit Bailey on drums, Jason Wilkins on bass, and Binns on the house baby grand – which he personally had reconditioned recently.
