About this Event
Coach Sable C. is Puerto Rican originally from Brooklyn, NY and is a well-rounded athlete, Marine Corps veteran, certified personal trainer, boxing coach. She approaches, demonstrates and teaches boxing with her own NY swag and military style. She's bringing BINK! BINK! BoxFiit to her hometown on JUNE 10TH and what better date than the day before Puerto Rican Day parade, also representing all her fellow NuyoRicans! "YERRRR!"

What to expect from BoxFiit??
Basic fundamentals of boxing will be taught so ALL levels, whether you know boxing or not, are welcomed. Learn boxing combinations and body movements. Come ready to SWEAT! Come ready to RELEASE! Come ready to feel EMPOWERED with a YOU vs. YOU mentality!
What to bring??
Bring boxing gloves. Bring boxing wraps. Bring hydration. Bring a towel. Wear your most comfortable sneakers.
