Bingo just got a healthy glow-up.
Join REAL Services for Bingocize, a free 10-week health promotion program for adults age 60 and better. This fun, interactive class combines the game of Bingo with inclusive exercise and helpful health education. You’ll move your body, learn something new, and maybe even shout “BINGO!” a time or two.
Each session focuses on topics that support healthy aging, including fall prevention, nutrition, and general exercise. No experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome.
Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
