Looking for Vendors - Excited to have vendors set up from 4 pm on. WE invite the community to meet the vendors before bingo. Check out our Raffles and purchase. Cant stay for Bingo that is ok. As always a great Bingo Planned-
Bingo ticket holders can come before 6pm check out the vendors, set the table up and just have fun.
Bingo packets will not be handed out until 6 pm once all non bingo players have left.
Doors open at 6 PM - Games start @ 7 Pm
Break @ 8:30 pm last chance to visit vendors
and put your raffle tickets in the raffles you
like at the vendor tables.
12 Games - Half will be cash prizes and half will be prizes.
As always no one leaves without a prize.
All winners walk away with a prize. A card will be
drawn to see who gets to pick first, second and
so on. This includes the Cash Bingo, Cards will
drawn to see who picks the prize first.
Cash Bingo is only one prize the balance of Prizes
Could be items. As we get closer we will post
prizes .
Please read carefully regarding tickets:
$50.00 Reserved seat - double table and special raffle ticket
included in packet. Up to 12 people can fit.
$40.00 Assigned seat to make sure you are with your friends.
Single Table holds up to 8 people - 10 if you put on ends
but is very cramped.
If you have ever been to one of our events you know we like to set the tables up differently. We place two tables together giving you more room for food and more people. ( This year only those who reserve and Pay will be placed at these tables)
How to reserve a Table : $50.00 a ticket for double table
included in the price is a special Raffle. Each person who
purchases a ticket for the double table will have a special
Raffle ticket in the packet.
1. message or call us 267-549-7602 let us know you are working on filling a table. Most likely someone will reach out to you soon if you filled a table last year.
2. We will need an email- there is a form this year you must send back with all the names of your guests and who will be paying how. You do not need to collect everyone's money just let us know who will be sending by check, cash or Venmo.
3. You also have the options to purchase Raffle basket tickets before you come. These will be included in your packet at check in.
If interested we can send you a form to fill out as you work on your table.
