1. Do I need to register in advance?

Pre-registration is encouraged to save your spot, but walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

2. Is the event really free?

Yes! Bingo at The Shops is completely free to attend and play. It's our way of giving back to the community.

3. What can I win?

We have 15–20 winners each month! Prizes include gift cards and items from stores at The Shops. The final round (Blackout) comes with a surprise gift bag. Sometimes, we also have special prizes provided by external sponsors.

4. Who can attend?

This event is created especially for our senior community, but guests ages 12 and up are welcome to join. We kindly ask that infants and small children not attend, as the event is designed for a more mature audience.

5. What time should I arrive?

Check-in opens at 11:30 AM. Bingo cards will be available then, along with complimentary refreshments for the first 60 guests.

6. Can I bring my own snacks?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own refreshments, or pick something up from the food court.

7. Where is the event held?

Bingo takes place in the Main Court on Level One of The Shops at Palm Desert.

8. What if there are multiple winners and not enough prizes?

In the rare case that we have more winners than available prizes, we’ll make sure no one is left out. Any guest who doesn't receive a prize during the event can contact our Marketing Manager at [email protected] to arrange a follow-up gift.
