The new Biltmore Hunter Jumper Series is a family-friendly event that inspires the next generation of equestrian competitors in a fun, low-stress, environment. Notable changes for this year:
NEW FOR 2024! The arena is open for schooling from 4 p.m.–7 p.m. on Friday evenings of show weekends. There is a $15 schooling fee and the arena closes promptly at 7 p.m. for grooming.
In an effort to improve efficiency with additional divisions this year, schooling has changed. The arena opens at 8 a.m. for schooling. Riders must check in and pick up their back number prior to mounting. A designated schooling area with practice fences will be on the north side of the arena. There is also one schooling break between the 2’9” Division and the Walk/Trot Poles Division.
All spectators must be registered in advance on each rider’s entry form. Spectators not listed may be turned away at the gate or asked to purchase admission tickets prior to entry.
The jumper show will now offer divisions with year end prizes awarded, so make sure and come out for all the shows!
