Balance isn’t about holding perfectly still — it’s about learning how to respond.
This 5-week Power Yoga series explores the art of balancing effort and ease (sthira & sukha), helping you build strength without strain and find softness without collapse.
Each week dives a little deeper, inviting you to notice how you meet challenge, how you rest, and how these qualities show up both on and off the mat. The practice becomes a space to explore resilience, trust, and adaptability — in your body and in your life.
What to expect:
Each class blends strong, flowing sequences with mindful breath, intentional pauses, and moments of reflection. Expect heat-building movement, balance work, and opportunities to soften where you tend to hold. Classes are empowering, accessible, and adaptable — you’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and choose what supports you best.
Whether you join for a single class or commit to the full series, this is an invitation to move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease.
About the teacher:
Brie is an RYT 200 Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor and nurse practitioner with over 10 years of personal yoga practice. Since 2019, she's been teaching to share the strength, grounding, and clarity yoga has brought her through life’s biggest transitions. Her intention is to create a supportive, welcoming space where every body feels empowered to grow.
