Our annual event, now called "Bills, Bullies, and a Brighter Future, which aims to raise awareness about bullying, happening at the end of November. This annual event has transformed from our beloved Bills Dog Meet & Treat, where fans previously gathered to meet the dogs of Buffalo Bills players and support local rescues and nonprofits. This year, we've partnered with Kelli the Pit Chic to elevate the event's purpose, focusing on raising awareness about bullying and raising funds to help bully breeds get adopted. Event Activities:
•Interactions with Community Heroes, including police officers, firefighters, and veterans.
•A self-defense class and family boxing sessions.
•Speakers on bullying prevention.
•Resource tables offering support for those affected by bullying.
•Vendors
•A Bully Breed Runway Show featuring adoptable dogs.
•Special Guest: Cami, the beloved dog of Buffalo Bills player Dion Dawkins, will be present to entertain attendees, especially children.
•Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite Bills attire to show team spirit and unity.
We invite anyone interested in participating or supporting the cause to reach out.
Fundraising Goal: The event aims to raise funds to waive adoption fees for bully breeds at local shelters, which are currently overcapacity, ensuring that these lovable dogs find their forever homes.
