1. Teaming Agreement: In order to attend The Billionaire Club event, all attendees are required to sign a teaming agreement. This agreement ensures the protection of sensitive information shared during the event and promotes a secure environment for networking and business discussions.
2. Signing Deadline: The teaming agreement must be signed and submitted before 6pm on the day of the event. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your attendance.
3. Confidentiality Obligations: By signing the confidentiality agreement, attendees agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the event. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial data, intellectual property, and any other proprietary information disclosed by other attendees or The Billionaire Club representatives.
4. Non-Disclosure: Attendees are strictly prohibited from disclosing or sharing any confidential information obtained during the event with third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
5. Liability: The Billionaire Club and its representatives shall not be held liable for any breaches of confidentiality committed by attendees. It is the responsibility of each attendee to ensure the proper handling and protection of confidential information.
6. Termination of Attendance: The Billionaire Club reserves the right to terminate the attendance of any individual who fails to comply with the confidentiality agreement or engages in any inappropriate or unethical behavior during the event.
7. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Billionaire Club, its representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to any breach of the confidentiality agreement.
8. Modification of Terms: The Billionaire Club reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to attendees in a timely manner.
By attending The Billionaire Club event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the denial of attendance or other appropriate actions deemed necessary by The Billionaire Club.
