Join us for a special event commemorating the remarkable man who was Bill Richardson. Bill paved the way in the trucking industry and to commemorate 20 years since his passing we are running a truck rally this October; the Bill Richardson Truck Rally.
This heartfelt rally will take place in the lower South Island from Wednesday, 15 October to Friday, 17 October - Bill's birthday.
Starting in Christchurch on Wednesday evening with a barbecue, rally participants will depart Christchurch on Thursday, 16 October travelling to Oamaru, via Geraldine.
The rally will visit various collections along the way (at participants cost), before ending the day in Oamaru.
On Friday, the rally will travel the remaining lower south before finishing at Bill Richardson Transport World with dinner and drinks to celebrate Bill's legacy.
What better way to remember Bill.
