Whether you're a Pilates beginner, an expert, or simply a woman trying to explore something new while connecting with like-minded individuals, this event is FOR YOU!
Come and immerse yourself in an afternoon of pilates, wellness, making new friends and chatting over some coffee.
Join us at The Health Lab studio in Manchester on 4th May.

Ticket includes a 45 minute reformer pilates session + wellness goodie bag worth £££.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU ON THE DAY.
GRIP SOCKS! you'll need grip socks for the reformer.
