Bilingual Yoga on the Beach | Winter Solstice Flow

Join Chesy for a gentle and grounding yoga class by the ocean in English, Spanish, and Sanskrit. This practice is designed for all levels and offers a moment to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the beauty of the island on the Winter Solstice.

Suggested Donation $21

Please bring your own mat and water. Exact location at Ocean Park Beach and contact information will be shared 24h before the class.
