Take some time out just for you and enjoy the surroundings of the Falls Park. Let Nuala guide you through a slow moving, restorative practice. This practice will help you to slow down and release some tension in your body. You'll leave this bilingual practice feeling strong in body and light in spirit. Suitable for English & Irish speakers and all levels of abilities.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own.
