About this Event
Join Rangers on a tranquil ride from Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge to the hidden gem that is Sunset Cove Park. The beginning meet up will be at the front of the Visitor Center in the parking lot. We will ride to Sunset Cove Park and walk to the shore, proceeded by a brief walk around the marsh trail loop where we’ll learn about the history of our surroundings.
We have five bikes and helmets to rent, free of charge, but are first come first serve. Visitors are also encouraged to bring their own bikes, helmets, equipment, and style.
Please bring comfy, light clothing, sunscreen and water bottle. A water fountain will be available inside the visitor center.
Registration is required. Bicycle and helmet rental is available. Please email [email protected] to reserve a bicycle and/or helmet. Event will be capped at 10 participants.
