About this Event
Join Jen Stelzer, EnviroCentre's Director of Community Sustainability Programs, and a history-loving bike nerd as she takes you on a tour of downtown Ottawa with a historical lens of transportation, sustainability, and fun facts. Ottawa's core is filled with stories - come to learn or share your own. We hope this interactive tour will give you a new perspective of our city - then and now. Bikes and beyond!
The tour will be about 2km and take ~1 hour as we have a slow walk through time. It's only about half an hour of actual walking.
We will meet in the lobby of 123 Slater St below the Impact Hub and work our way through the city core along a fairly flat, car-free route with plenty of stops.
This tour will be in English only. Space is limited so please register early and let us know if you change your mind.
