“Bikers For Dogs” is a charity Poker Run in Portland, Oregon. The charity poker run is held every year towards the end of Summer. BFDPR donates the proceeds to the Oregon Humane Society - see you all on Aug. 15, 2021 for the first annual.The Charity Poker Run is a scenic, for all riding levels, and a breathtaking 107 mile majestic loop. You’ll ride on some of the most scenic backroads, with some of the most breathtaking sights and views of Oregon. From BFD team - “You’ll ride along beautiful farms, through small towns, up winding mountain ranges, along rivers, meet new riders, lots of laughs, good times, and the best part - lots of wind therapy.”

It's the end of summer! So before some of you garage your bike join us for a great cause, picturesque ride, and a rewarding charity Oregon Humane Society.
RUN / AWARDS / AGENDA: The registration is 9:00 am to 10:00 am. TBD is opening early for coffee and breakfast special. Kickstands up at 10:00 am. All cards must be turned in by 5:00 pm. Awards/Prizes/Etc. will be awarded beginning at 6:00 pm
LOCATION START / END: TBD. We are not affiliated with any of the bars/sponsors/stops/charity.
REGISTRATION: Pay the day of the event. You will need to sign 3 waiver forms in order to ride. CASH ONLY. NO REFUNDS / RAIN OR SHINE. ATM available at TBD.
ROUTE: A map will be located in our Facebook photo album and our website page 6 am the morning of the run. At check-in you sign all waivers and in your packet a turn by turn map will be inside. The route is 107 miles total ride time 2 hours and 34 minutes (time calculated with no stops) so pace yourself, and be wary of your time / location. Always gas up. Cagers will carry limited gas, lots of water and there will be a tow service. *A turn by turn route will be posted two days prior to event in a PDF file and we will provide an APP.
GEAR: All participants MUST have a helmet, eye protection, and suitable footwear. Proper safety gear including hand protection, pads, etc, is also highly recommended. To avoid dehydration it is recommended that you bring drinking water, and possibly energy bars or a similar snack.
CONDUCT: Biker For Dogs Charity Poker Run is an organized scenic ride, not a race. If you are being overtaken by a faster rider, please pull over when safe to do so and allow faster riders to pass. If you overtake a rider, please pass safely and courteously. Remember you will be sharing the road with cagers, novice riders, children, and wildlife. Control your speed! A participant may be disqualified from this event for any unsportsmanlike conduct, illegal activity, or failure to abide by any of the conditions or rules of the event at the discretion of the BFDPR.
MOTTO: BFD stands for “Bikers For Dogs” but you’ll come to learn it’s a “Big Fucking Deal” too!!! So come out and support BFD. Doggies will love you for it.
