Cycle out the Lee Valley, along the river, through the park,by the 7 the century monastery, thought the woods, along the lake past Dripsey Castle, along hidden byways to a secret waterfall and maybe climb trees and swim along the way. Don't forget to bring something for the picnic.This will be one of the longer, faster cycles of the week and so will be particularly suited to more confident cyclists.
