Join us for a relaxed summer morning on the beautiful Brampton Valley Way — whether you’re walking with a pram, riding with a trailer, or somewhere in between, this one’s about moving our bodies and connecting with each other.
We’ll meet at 10am and take a group vote on whether we ride or walk — no pressure either way! The trail is flat, traffic-free, and perfect for either option.
Here’s what to expect:
🚶♀️ Or 🚴♀️ A gentle group ramble or ride – mama-led, pace matched, and no one left behind
🧺 Midway stop for snacks/picnic – bring something along to enjoy
🌸 Space to connect – time outdoors, time together, time for you
💛 Kids welcome – in slings, prams, trailers, or on their own bikes (if confident enough)
