John from Rye Community House Repair Cafe will pass on years of knowledge, demonstrating techniques and allowing you to have a go — so you know how to keep your bike running smoothly every time you ride!
In this workshop, you'll cover:
- Cleaning your bike
- Brakes, gears and chains
- Chain maintenance
- How to fix a puncture
What to bring
- Please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy as you'll be working with oil and dirt.
- Your bike - for the interactive parts!
- Closed shoes are compulsory for everyone attending this workshop.
