Departure (to Chase Center): 700 Front St, Santa Cruz | 3:30PM
Departure (to Santa Cruz): 575 20th Street, San Francisco | 10:00PM

Imporatant Information:
Arrival & Boarding: Please arrive on time to check in with BigRide reps during the boarding period. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure.
Onboard Guidelines: Listen carefully to safety and ride instructions from bigRide representative once seated. Snacks and beverages are allowed onboard - please dispose in the provided bags.
Itinerary Updates: Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated via email and text.
Vehicle Details: You'll receive bus details (licence plate, contact info,etc) 24 hours before departure via email and text.
Late Arrivals: BigRIde cannot be hold responsible for late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued for missed departures.
