Any meet with 3 or more teams will get a best team prize based on the top 5 DOTs scores from your team. At the end of the year, we will announce the Strongest Team in Texas. This is only valid for WRPF Texas meets.

State records may be set and broken. Please check the WRPF records database (https://records.thewrpf.com) to check records. Records with a weight and no name are preset records, and can be broken if the submitted attempt is above the preset value.

Event limited to 60 Lifters
There will be a morning and evening session.
Sessions will split drug-tested lifters and non-tested lifters.
$150 Entry Fee (T-Shirt Included) Full Power, Bench Press Only, Deadlift Only and Push Pull are all offered events categories.
All equipment categories and age groups offered.

For drug-tested sessions, squats will use a combo rack and must be walked out.
Non-tested sessions will squat with a monolift. During registration, lifters should specify if they'll walk out or use the monolift.
All bench presses will use a combo rack.
Everyone will squat with a 55lb/25kg bar.
Deadlifts will use the 44lb/20kg Texas Deadlift Bar.

AWARDS:
Medals to be awarded to top 3 placings in each weight class, age group, division and equipment category.
Both male and female best lifters, whether drug-tested or non-tested, from any age group or equipment category with at least 5 participants will be recognized. We'll use the DOTS formula for these awards.
