Monique Class, MS, APRN-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Holistic Health with 35 years of experience in nursing, functional, and integrative medicine. Passionate about fostering health and well-being, she is a respected leader and educator in functional and mind-body medicine. She lectures globally on women’s health, nutrition, and coaching. Monique is senior faculty at the Institute for Functional Medicine, a clinical instructor at Yale Graduate School of Nursing, and Director of Coaching Development at The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
