KARL'S COMMUNITY HOSTED MUSIC CIRCLE / POT LUCK SOCIAL GATHERINGThis month we will focus on Gratitude. I can think of no better way to focus on being grateful for what we have than to help those of our community in need. I'm thinking about offering warm outer wear, socks, canned goods, etc ... but we have reached out to a wonderful organization who does this very work, and will find out and share exactly what might be needed most. My hope is to kick off this season with the sense of Community and Kindness it deserves and represents.

When the pandemic cancelled all live music in March 2020, local singer/songwriter Karl Werne took his regular open mic on-line. Over the course of three years, "Karl's Community" has grown to a Facebook group with over 3000 members. On the 4th Sunday of every month, Big Pink Music will host an in-person unplugged Music Circle for Karl's Community using the intimate in-the-round setting. This event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
The room is ours for the day.
Bring your voices, bring your instruments, bring the family, bring a dish to share.
