You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Fitness class activities
Complimentary Gym Sessions & Inductions
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 3pm
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Health Check: This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.

Kid's activities
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 2pm
Get ready for a a fun-packed weekend full of entertaining activities for kids! Let their sporting ability shine with a 1 hour open play football session on the 4G Pitch, or let them dance it out with Junior Zumba, a fun and energetic class perfect for the kids!
Open Football Sessions (4-12 year olds):
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 10:45am
Saturday & Sunday: 11am - 11:45am
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 12:45pm
Junior Zumba Class (4-12 year olds)
Saturday: 12:15pm - 1pm
